Screen time can vary for children and for adults.
Children are doing more and more school work on computers than ever and adults are working from home on laptops to maximize output.
This leads to a ton of screen time that can lead to headaches, neck, back and postural issues.
Outside of mandatory school and/or work screen time, you should limit leisure screen time to under an hour a day.
This may seem excessive but if you mix in the importance of human interaction and relationship building, then it shouldn’t leave much more than that for personal leisure screen time.
