We are super excited to start offering outdoor personal training sessions, partner sessions or small group sessions outdoors. The weather has finally turned warmer and the sun is shining bright (most days). This is a great option to help break up your regular routine and to get all the benefits of exercising outdoors. Other than the obvious benefit of burning calories, you will get some much needed vitamin d, fresh air to motivate you and allow yourself to embrace out short summer season. Our trainers will adapt the workout to your specific needs and all hygiene protocols will be followed in order to keep everyone safe at all times.
