Note: During the movement, hold it naturally and push until both arms are fully extended.

Action description: Stand upright or sit upright on a bench, hold the barbell with your hands with a natural grip (same as shoulder width or slightly wider than shoulder width), and stop at the collarbone in front of your chest. Push the barbell straight up until your arms are fully extended.
