To lose weight, you can eat some fat appropriately
It is not a good idea to eat no fat at all when trying to lose weight. Healthy fats, such as omega-3 fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids, can actually help you burn body fat.
Fatty fish, such as salmon and walnuts, are good sources of omega-3 fatty acids. Olive oil, peanut butter, avocados and eggs are good sources of monounsaturated fatty acids.
