Ten dietary principles
1. It is better to eat something small first when you are hungry than to suppress hunger. 2. Replace staple foods with coarse foods.
3. Try to keep the taste as light as possible and add less salt, soy sauce, tomato sauce and other seasonings. 4. Drink soup or boiled water first and then start eating your favorite food.
5. Choose foods that are more troublesome. 6. Chew at least 10-20 times before swallowing. 7. Never eat again after you are eighty percent full.
8. Avoid eating snacks. 9. Eat a good breakfast, a full lunch and a small dinner.
