Core Strength Training: Plank Row

< strong>Plank rowing

As the name suggests, it is a plank combined with rowing movements. The feet are shoulder-width apart, and then the left and right hands begin to alternate rowing movements.

This combination can develop our core strength very well!

Core strength: the ability to maintain stability and non-deformation in the spine guide!

Plank support is mainly to prevent the spine from stretching! Adding a dumbbell rowing action to the base of plank support can further exercise our anti-rotation core strength!

How?

Hold a dumbbell in each hand, with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes on the ground. Get into plank ready position! Pay attention to keeping the body in a straight line (the spine, pelvis, and shoulders are in a neutral position)

Instructions for action: After stabilizing, support the ground with one hand and perform dumbbell rowing with the other hand. The speed should not be too fast. , and then slowly lower back to the starting position. Switch to the other hand and perform rowing motions. Alternate with each other

During the entire movement, do not allow the body to shift or rotate the hip joint.

Tip: The wider your feet stand, the lower the difficulty; the narrower your feet stand, the higher the difficulty. You can adjust it yourself, from wider to narrower, alternating left and right for 10 seconds. Second-rate.
